Do I need any prior experience?
Each course lists its level. Our beginner courses assume nothing beyond basic computer literacy; intermediate and advanced courses list their prerequisites on the course page.
How does the certificate work?
When you complete a course, we issue a certificate with a unique code. Anyone — an employer, for example — can confirm it is genuine on our public verification page in seconds.
What do I get when I enroll?
Lifetime access to the course, all of its hands-on labs, every downloadable resource, and a verifiable certificate when you finish. There is no subscription and no expiry.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have completed less than 20% of a course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Just contact us.
In what language are courses taught?
Courses are taught in English with Arabic support in the materials and community, so learners across the Gulf can follow comfortably.
Do you offer corporate or team training?
